3.1 Design of HVAC Systems
3.1.1 Air Conditioning
- Detailed load calculations to determine heating and cooling requirements.
- Design centralized air conditioning systems, including chilled water and direct expansion (DX) systems.
- Develop designs for decentralized systems, such as split units and packaged units, for specific areas.
3.1.2 Ventilation
- Design mechanical ventilation systems to ensure adequate fresh air supply and exhaust.
- Integrate natural ventilation strategies to enhance air quality and reduce energy consumption.
3.4 Plumbing Systems
3.4.1 Water Supply and Distribution
- Design the cold water distribution system, including storage tanks, pumps, and piping networks.
- Design of domestic water tank.
- Design for hot water generation and distribution, including heaters and circulation pumps.
3.4.2 Wastewater and Sewage
- Design the sanitary sewer system, including gravity and pressurized piping, to convey wastewater to authority tie in.
- Design of holding tank.
- Develop vent systems to ensure proper drainage and prevent sewer gases from entering the building.
3.4.3 Storm water Management
- Design storm water drainage systems to manage roof and surface runoff, including gutters, downspouts, and storm drains.
- Develop storm water retention and detention systems to control discharge rates and mitigate flooding.
3.5 Swimming pool
- Detailed design of swimming pool.
- Design of required pump, balance tank filters and so on.
Firefighting Systems
• Firefighting system design for site including Pipe routing and ties-in for all buildings in the project .
• Preparing Firefighting system design
• Coordinating the Firefighting system with other disciplines.
• Preparing Bill of quantity (BOQ) of the project.
• Providing the drawings of general installation details.
• Providing list of all drawings and documents (LOD).
• Providing the specifications of the system within the scope of the project.
